Room moderator rights
Each coin's chat room in minerfan can have one moderator, and anyone can buy the rights.
How it works
Open the coin's Chat tab in minerfan and choose "Become moderator". Send any amount above the current one from the app's wallet. The largest payment holds the rights for 30 days. A larger payment takes them over and starts a new 30 days. If 30 days pass without a larger payment, the rights end and any amount can win them again.
What the moderator can do
Hide messages for everyone, mute people in the room, pin a message, set a topic, and ask for approval before new people post. Messages the moderator hides stay hidden; everything else ends with their term.
Payments
Payments are final and are not refunded, also when a larger payment takes over. Only payments made from the minerfan wallet count, because the app proves which callsign made each one.
Who hands out the terms
The rooms have one admin, the callsign X1WATT. Every term it grants is a signed message, so each app in the room checks the signature against the key below before it lets anyone moderate. Nothing else counts: a message that does not carry this signature changes nothing, and an old message sent again changes nothing either, because every act carries the time it was signed.
